Refund & Cancellation Policy
Smart Entry Canada (SEC)

1. General Policy
All Smart Entry Canada services are prepaid and provided on a subscription or term-based basis.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all payments are non-refundable.
2. No Refund Policy
Payments made to SEC are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Virtual Office services
-
Shared / Co-working Office services
-
Pallet Storage and space rental services
Refunds will not be issued for:

Partial months
-
Unused time
-
Early termination by the Client
-
Change of business plans or circumstances
3. Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice in accordance with their service agreement.

Cancellation notice period: [15 / 30] days

Services remain active until the end of the current billing period
-
No refunds will be issued for the current or remaining billing period
4. Cancellation by Smart Entry Canada
SEC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if the Client:

Breaches the Terms & Conditions
-
Fails to make timely payment
-
Uses the services for unlawful or prohibited activities
-
Provides false or misleading information
5. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:

SEC is unable to provide the agreed service due to operational reasons
-
Billing errors or duplicate charges made by SEC
Any approved refund will be:
-
Issued at SEC’s discretion
-
Processed using the original payment method
-
Limited to the unused portion of the service period, if applicable
6. Storage Services & Abandoned Property
For pallet storage services:
-
Cancellation does not release the Client from outstanding storage fees
-
Goods must be removed prior to service termination
-
Unpaid or abandoned goods will be handled in accordance with SEC’s Terms & applicable Ontario law
7. Changes to This Policy
SEC reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on the website and take effect immediately upon publication.
