Clients may use SEC services only for lawful, legitimate business purposes.
You agree to:

Use SEC services in a professional, respectful, and responsible manner

Follow all posted rules, safety instructions, and staff directions
3. Prohibited Activities (All Services)
The following activities are strictly prohibited across all SEC services:

Any illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activity

Use of services for money laundering, scams, or misrepresentation

Activities that endanger health, safety, or property
-
Harassment, threats, or disruptive behaviour
-
Unauthorized access to restricted areas

Tampering with security systems, cameras, or equipment
SEC reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services for violations.
4. Virtual Office – Acceptable Use
Clients using Virtual Office services may:

Use the SEC address for legitimate business registration and correspondence

Receive mail and parcels as agreed
Clients may not:

Use the address to misrepresent business operations or physical presence
-
Use the address for businesses requiring regulated physical premises without approval
5. Shared Office – Acceptable Use
Clients using Shared Office services must:

Respect shared spaces, noise levels, and cleanliness standards
-
Limit access to authorized users and approved guests
-
Use equipment and facilities responsibly
The following are prohibited:

Smoking, vaping, or drug use
-
Hazardous materials or unsafe equipment
-
Commercial activities that disturb other users
-
Altering or damaging property
Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests.

Receive prohibited items or excessive mail beyond agreed limits
-
Use the address for activities deemed high-risk or unlawful
SEC reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify business legitimacy.
6. Pallet Storage – Acceptable Use
Clients using Pallet Storage services must ensure that stored goods:

Are legal, non-hazardous, and properly packaged
-
Comply with SEC’s pallet size, weight, and labeling requirements
-
Do not emit strong odors or pose contamination risks
The following goods are strictly prohibited unless expressly approved in writing:

Flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials
-
Illegal substances or contraband
-
Perishable food or biological materials
-
Goods requiring special environmental controls
SEC reserves the right to refuse, remove, or isolate non-compliant goods at the Client’s expense.
7. Security & Monitoring
For safety and operational purposes:

SEC premises may be monitored by security cameras
-
Access logs may be recorded
Monitoring is conducted in accordance with applicable privacy laws and SEC’s Privacy Policy.
8. Enforcement & Consequences
Violation of this Policy may result in:

Immediate suspension of services
-
Termination of access without refund
-
Removal of goods or property
-
Reporting to authorities where required by law
SEC reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary to protect its operations and clients.
9. Changes to This Policy
SEC may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time.
Updates will be posted on the website and take effect immediately upon publication.
